In 1995 OSI began as a forerunner in the business of providing tactical training and merging operations with technology. OSi trained many law enforcement, military and federal LE personnel during those years. By the late 90's OSI had begun developing tactical night vision and surveillance programs for law enforcement that complimented the cutting edge tracking and surveillance curriculum developed by our cadre. At the time, OSI was partnered with TTOS, David Scott-Donelan's group.
By early 2001, OSI had begun working with tactical and covert network communications.
